Pave it Forward

Does your street need to be repaved? If so, please take a quick survey below to let us know. Your feedback will be combined with technical analysis of the street to identify the repairs needed and create a 5-year citywide street maintenance plan. Based on the city's budget, streets that are most in need of repaving will be prioritized.

A few things to keep in mind before you take the survey below:

• Make sure that the street is in the City of Milwaukie. You can find a variety of maps that show city boundaries at General City Maps, including a Street Jurisdiction Map.
• A street will not be prioritized by the number of times this survey is taken. One submission is all it takes to put a street on our radar.
• If you have a concern about safety on Milwaukie's streets those concerns can continue to be discussed with the Public Safety Advisory Committee (PSAC).
• This survey is not a replacement for the city's Pothole Hotline. If you spot a dangerous pothole, please continue to use that resource.
• While we cannot guarantee if or when your street will be repaved, your feedback is valuable to the process.
• This survey will be open year-round, but keep in mind that data analysis for the first 5-year plan will begin at the end of September 2025. Feedback submitted after September 30, 2025, will be incorporated into the 2026 plan update.
