The discussion outcomes informed the draft guiding principles for Milwaukie's Downtown Parking Management Strategy. The draft principles will be presented in December 2026.
How will the guiding principles be used? In concert with the study findings, the guiding principles will help us select parking strategies that meet the community's expressed priorities and documented needs.
