Community engagement has concluded for this project. Thanks to everyone who participated! Here is a summary of the community engagement for all three park development projects (Scott Park, Bowman-Brae, and Balfour) along with the final site plan for Scott Park.


Scott Park is located beside the Ledding Library and next to Spring Creek Pond in downtown Milwaukie. The park stands as a key pedestrian destination and serves as an important site for residential, commercial, and civic functions. The site is designated as a natural resource area due to the valuable habitat it provides for domestic and migratory waterfowl.

You can also follow the project and receive updates by providing your email address where it says "Stay Informed."

Be sure to also participate in two other park development projects! Scott Park isn't the only new park that the city is currently working to develop. The city received more than $2.25 million to complete the development of three neighborhood parks (Balfour, Bowman-Brae, and Scott). Check out the Engage Milwaukie homepage to find those project pages and join those conversations as well when they are added to this site.
